That is the Grundfos way. The Poul Due Jensen Academy is the most recent example of our commitment to forward thinking.
We believe that it is increasingly important to communicate with and understand our customers. By constantly developing our employees’ abilities to identify and fulfil our customers’ needs, we are improving all the time. The Academy will be the centre for this process in the years to come.
Employees from all over the world will visit the Academy in Denmark to be trained in team building, customer care, service and other relevant areas. Courses will be held in classrooms, case rooms and the so-called "experimentarium".
By thinking ahead, both our customers and we achieve even better communication. Our employees ’ improved competence - and the total satisfaction of all our customers - will measure the success of the Academy.
